Plan instructions
Edits are kept in this browser and are sent with every plan run made from it, so a change takes effect immediately without a release.
Building a plan
Used in this order while a plan is being built, from the first conversation turn to the explanation of the calculated forecast.
Role and scope
First. Sets who the planner is and what it is allowed to plan.
Given to the model: Portfolio name, PI name, today's date.
Collecting context
Every conversation turn before a plan is drafted.
Given to the model: The conversation so far and the portfolio actuals.
What a plan must contain

Writing the plan overview
Used in this order when the plan overview is written from the selected forecast.
Headline sentence
The bold sentence at the top of the plan overview.

Paragraph under the headline (off by default)
Only when this box has text in it. Leave it empty and no paragraph is written at all.
Given to the model: Plan status, horizon, selected forecast metrics and unresolved conditions.
Score card 1 (left)
The left-hand score card, written on its own.
Given to the model: Every calculated figure a card may show, and this plan's figures.
Score card 2 (middle)
The middle score card, written on its own.

Score card 3 (right)
The right-hand score card, written on its own.

Funding, projects, people
The three overview sections, in that order.
Given to the model: Funding position, project timing and effort coverage for the whole horizon.
Try it on one plan
Runs the edited instructions against a single plan. Rebuilding recalculates that plan's forecast; writing the overview reads the forecast already calculated.
